In a setting defined by shadow play and sculpted light, Wessely’s approach incorporates physical sculptures and floating heads of the artists, reminiscent of his Corpus series, creating a stark visual depth. The video’s aesthetic merges light and dark to enhance the atmosphere, bringing a sculptural quality to the visual storytelling and evoking Wessely’s recurring theme of worship, where presence and reverence take on symbolic forms. Through these elements, Gimme a Second blurs the line between music video and art installation, immersing viewers in a space that feels both intimate and monument
