CHIMI, THE ROYAL DRAMATIC THEATRE DRAMATEN (Installation)

Wessely views the Pillars as portals beyond the physical, connecting the conscious and unconscious. These broken forms symbolize the universe's order and the symmetry between the music’s frequencies and the placement of the Pillars. The works are both minimal and maximal, where New Brutalism meets Ancient Greece in a surreal expression. Resonating with Mühlrad’s string quartet composition, the Pillars serve as clear, three-dimensional statements, merging sound and form to evoke a transcendental experience.
